I'm back!
The last year was a hectic one. I’m in the process of growing a successful accounting and consulting firm with my business partner, and I had overestimated my ability to play entrepreneur and writer simultaneously. But now that things have stabilized a bit, I’ve decided to return with a renewed dedication to Table for One.
So keep a look out for fresh dispatches as I try out new ideas. The one I’m most excited about is a written interview series I’m tentatively calling Infrequently Asked Questions, where I’ll be seeking out interesting personalities from different fields and asking them questions they might not be used to answering.
In many ways Table for One is a vanity project, but it’s also a legacy project. I have things to say. Men have a need for permanence. Whether that comes in the form of having children, dying in a war, building a business or family estate, or writing some kind of magnum opus, you take it where you can find it. So I’m not going anywhere.
